Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

Cedar Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
