Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Jose, CA)

Highbridge Linden Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Jose, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
