Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Analytics is a pharmaceutical company in San Diego producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
