Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Stonegate Summit Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around San Diego. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
