Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Union Foods Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
