Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Diego, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for procurement. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
