Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Quill Banking Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with card disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
