Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Diego serving households and small businesses, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account openings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
