Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Silverline Amber Water Authority is a public water utility serving the San Diego area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for water quality. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
