Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Cedar Keystone Foods produces packaged foods at its San Diego plant, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for allergen controls. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
