Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Telecom and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service installations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
