Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Cedar Glen Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
