Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Meridian Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production batches. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
