Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Nova Lantern Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
