Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Pine Water Authority Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with water quality. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
