Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Ridge Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Antonio. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for underwriting files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
