Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Construction Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 488 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
