Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
