Northwind Iron Insurance Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with premium billing. • Certification in compliance or audit.
