Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Silverline Kestrel Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
