Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Meridian Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Antonio. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
