Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Meadow Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of about 482 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
