Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Cedar Basin Civic Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
