Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Amberfield West Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in San Antonio working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
