Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Clear Telecom is a telecommunications provider in San Antonio focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
