Silverline Keystone Health is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 121 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for electronic records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinic supplies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
