Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Redstone Willow Medical is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
