Foxglove Ivory Foods is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
