Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (San Antonio, TX)

Clearpath Hollow Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in San Antonio working with agencies and riders, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
