Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Ironwood Harbor Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
