Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Greenridge Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Salt Lake City, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
