Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Ivory Health provides primary and specialty care in Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
