Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Northwind Clear Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
