Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Forge Care Services supports families and individuals in Salt Lake City with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
