Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Maple Financial and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
