Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Lumen Technologies and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for scheduling. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
