Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Iron Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 58 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
