Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Salt Lake City, UT)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 122 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for route schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
