Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

Clearpath Rook Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Sacramento. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
