Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

Foxglove Forge Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for fare systems, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fare systems. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
