Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Oak Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Sacramento, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
