Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath North Insurance Partners and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 178 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
