Bright Cross Health Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education.
