Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Health Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for patient education. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
