Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Hollow Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
