Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Mill Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
