Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Nest Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 184 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for pipe repairs. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
