Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Rochester, NY)

Bright Iron Insurance is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on training and awareness for catastrophe response, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for catastrophe response. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
