Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Rochester, NY)

Harborlight Cross Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Rochester, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our training and awareness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with equipment calibration. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
