Compliance Analyst - training and awareness (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Silverline Union Energy and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be training and awareness. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
